  • Defined and led the vision for the women’s line, shaping brand identity, customer point of view, and seasonal assortment while collaborating with men’s and kids’ teams to ensure brand cohesion.

  • Directed concept development across print, graphics, and sustainable fabric sourcing, building key items and new product programs aligned with brand values.

  • Led seasonal design for Polo Ralph Lauren swim and beachwear, creating original silhouettes, engineered prints, and brand-right concepts informed by market research.

  • Collaborated with tech and pattern teams to engineer swimwear construction, refining support, stretch, and performance across core and fashion styles.

  • Developed custom fabrics, trims, and signature hardware to elevate product quality and reinforce brand storytelling.

Gap / Assistant Designer, Women’s Knits /Sept. 2018 — May 2020

  • Created line sheet template implemented across all women’s categories and oversaw all organizational charts and BOMs.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams including merchandising and production to ensure design integrity and maintain product deliveries.

  • Sourced fabrics and trims from local NYC suppliers, collaborating directly with factories on pattern development, grading, and quality control.
